We do not compromise any aspect of a public or private historic restoration / preservation project. We have been providing quality custom craftsmanship for historic restoration and preservation projects for over 20 years through out Wisconsin and the country.
We work with architects and general contractors on the feasibility studies, to determine which windows and doors can be restored and which need to be replicated. We provide a cost analysis and ensure national park services guidelines are met.
We take on exterior and interior projects from windows, doors, moldings, cabinets to repairing crown molding. Our custom cabinet and millwork shop is equipped with both modern and historic tools as well as the craftsman needed to churn out time honored pieces work.
We have completed work on properties within the Milwaukee historic districts and can help guide you through the Historic Preservation process as well inform you on the possible tax credits and funding that may be available.
